I assume you are talking about the parts tomake the power cores. You can purchase them from a master artisan, or if you are a master artisan you can make them in an equipment factory.

i ran into that problem here is what you need equipment factory for the is the power condition and distributer, and everything else is done through the structer factory. if your not master artisan then you will need to buy some from one ask them to build you a factory crate of each see how many require. then you can make the rest in the other factory keep in mind you need i think house 2 or 3 for some of the things for the storage or something for the bigger one. if your on the bria server i can get you a good deal on them you will need a factory crate 200 structer moduels keep that in mind for the walls as it requires the walls and you need a factory crate of those walls too so load the structer moduel in the machine and remember when you make a schematic for the walls us a structual moduel from the CRATE so add i always add about 10 more of whats required in my crates to play it safe. hope this is helpfull trust me i am saving you 12 hours of figuring it out thats how long it took me to figure it out how to do this town hall thing but i just built my city on talus and have 20 happy citizins so i think its worth it once you get good at it always ad one to your structer vender because hardly anyone do that because they always put shuttle ports, catnina, hosptials, cloning etc... but never find a town hall, (go figure) lol. well anyways hope this helps
