I'll tell you what I charge though. I charge 10cpu on all my stuff. Furniture, harvestors, factories, houses, city structures...doesn't matter. 10cpu. It's easy for me to figure the price that way. Although that says nothing about how many (or few) things I sell...

Prices vary quite a bit from archi to archi and server to server. So my personal opinion on pricing is that you are best off by searching on your own server. Look through the trade forum and then search local vendors. Availability and demand is a big part of pricing too and checking your own servers market will give you an idea of that.
There is a thread on the next page with 'price check' in the title that has a number of responses with people quoting their prices. Not everyone sells the city buildings, I don't. But that will give you some ball park numbers. Then add 20% for good measure.
Trust me it will be easier to lower prices in the future if you need to than it would be to raise them if you start too low.
