Sorry if I'm asking a newbie question but here goes........

How much effect does the quality of resources have on a factorys hopper size?...searched the FAQ and a few pages of posts but couldn't find that.

Knowing how often things like that aren't even enabled has me wondering whether I should use up my good quality resources.

The hopper doesn't actually vary.. All factories have input and output hopper sizes of 100.

So experimenting on factories does not appear to have any actual impact. Therefore materials used to make factories don't matter.

There is a theory that experimenting up the storage rating on factories helps them avoid a bug, but I've seen no solid evidence to support the idea.

But if you still want to experiment the hopper size then the key stat is MA.
