People would give away deeds just to get the ongoing income stream.
And after initially building stuff you'd effectively be getting money for nothin.

well i don't think you should get enought to justify giving away deeds but a little something for creating a quality product.

Well I understand the goal. But I honestly think this would be abused in some way and probably cause another problem.
I think we need something to compele people to buy more of our products. Either by new and improved stuff or some form of decay.

i was just thinking that the things architects make last a long time. it seems like architecs should make money on the maintinance as well as the initial sale. i am still using the harvestors and house i bought 8 months ago, and i can't think of a reason the replace them. so it seems like architecs should get credits for people using the things they make.
