I'll post late tonight, or tomorrow. Let's see if anyone beats me to the first submission this time.

Looking forward to seeing everyones creations. I counted 4 people saying they had ideas, so I'm hoping we see at least that many submissions.

Here's my submission. It's part of a larger design titled "Rain Memorial Combat Training Acadamy". It was designed as a memorial to Rain, a long time game friend who left the game. The ideas for most of the designs came from the Owairhi (another in game friend), and the design of each piece was a collaborative work by the both of us. There is something in each of the rooms, but I'll just focus on the things that apply to this rounds theme. However, if you wish to view the pictures of the whole house, you can find them here.

Items you'd find in a weight room / fitness gym.

Because the different designs are spread out they don't all fit into one picture, so I've combined multiple pieces into 2 pics, based on the theme from the house. But both sets of pics could be found in a fitness gym or weight room. If I'm only able to choose one of the two pics to submit, I'd have to choose the fitness room. As always, click on any of the pictures to enlarge them to full size.

There are 4 displays here. The first is a weight rack, which goes with the 2nd display...the benchpress. In the third part of the picture you see the treadmill and the wall mounted TV.

The weight rack is made up of a droid storage compartment (DE) and a bunch of armor segments (AS). The benchpress is made up of ottomans, two metal staves (WS), a couple muzzels (Artisan), a couple barrels (Artisan), and a couple more armor segments (AS). The treadmill is ottomans, endtables, metal staves (WS), swordcores (WS), barrels (Artisan), and a survey device (Artisan). The TV is a chest, a twi'lek picture, and a sword core (WS) for the wall mount arm.

Two displays here. A punching dummy and a martial arts training dummy (this is based on a RL device, but the name escapes me ATM. To be complete, I'll figure it out and update later.)

The punching dummy is metal staves (WS), a statue, and an ottoman. The training dummy is an ottoman, metal staves (WS), spiced tea (Artisan), a bunch of barrels (Artisan), two bird cages, and a red crystal.

Good ideas Kurrin. I'll have to try them. I always thought those statues had a kinda person shape to them. Kinda looks like someone wearing a pancho with a conical hat to me. But I bet the chestplate and ball would look even better.

Can't wait to see your pics. Battle of the benchpresses...It's on!

My friend does no read the forums, so on her behalf, I would like to submit her idea. Thanks to her, I sell a lot of furniture

I love all her ideas (because the sell my furniture) but here are two of her best:

Big Screen Television
2 Armoirs, Wind Current survey tool, 1 mineral survey tool, 1 painting (Anniversary paintings fit very well)

Pool Table
Modern End Tables make the playing surface, mineral survey devices make the balls, mineral element crates make the base, a structure module crate makes the pool cue holder, and fishing poles are renamed as Pool Cues. And used for ambiance, the Jawa beer next to the pool cues, a cheap cafe table and desklamps make the overhead lamp.

As much as I enjoy seeing all these creative ideas, maybe a gentle reminder is in orderthat this rounds theme is "Things you'd find in a weight room / fitness gym"...

No problem by me. I enjoy seeing the pics.

The theme was posted in the original post for this round. Normally Dvnce puts it in the submission post as well but didn't this time. I can see where the misunderstanding came from.

I just didn't want someone to get upset because they got their hopes up only to find out their submission didn't fit the theme.

Great Haunted House BTW.

Nice Rip, I just noticed the thread went up today so I guess I need to get my final touches done soon for my bits.

Here's a few ideas for you though. The target range, I've made a couple and what I used where PSG shells named target sunk into the wall. It looks like a bullseye more or less so maybe toss a few of them in there. As for the dummy, try a small ball or sporting award head with bone armor chestplate body on top of a staff.

It all looks just amazing though, and those are just a few things I've done so you can get a second perspective/idea off it. I just wish you didn't have a bench press, I'm doing that one too Ah well.

Curious as to how you got the Interior Decorator title Ripchi? Are these contests just for fun or is SOE actually taking notes on future items? Always wanted to see Interior Decorator as it's own profession...
