Not just interior objects could do with more diversity but how about the outside most of the harvesters are just grey How about abit more colour on the landscape.Plus if you are proud to be a rebel or an imperial have the insignia or banner on yor house and factories.5 stars for the warehouse idea considering my house get too full of just bits and pieces (loot, crafting supplies etc) Not much left for decorations.

I put this on the other post you had out there concerning this topic. Some one had disagreed with you, saying then you'd see these structures all over the place.
How about you add amaster craftingskill required to drop the warehouse? An example would be master Architect.
This would allow crafters their storage space, AND eliminate the problem of having them dropped all over.

well, its been real nice to have more item storage in houses, but i still think that personelly that:
small houses only require 1 lot
medium houses only 2 lots
large houses only 5 lots
but there should be another type of structure, "Wherehouses", 1 lot requirement and holds 500 items and CAN NOT be decleared as a residence, CAN NOT be used to place vendors or any type of malls in them, and have them look something like a structure factory, except with a door on the outside, and a sign to be used for advertising. i kno this may sound far fetch but its an idea.
also "Wherehouses", ofcourse be craftable by Master Architects Only.
i also think that there should be customization color on furniture for more variety.

Well, I was thinking about it actually, when I was standing in front of my structure factory, how big it was, and how it looked like it had a door in the side, so, it would be nice.

Well, A small structure that could hold 100 items and only take one lot....like a tent, perhaps would look something like a wearables or food factory would work. Tents are too restricted as to who can drop them, and this is one way to give others some secondary storage. I would be for it.

this could even work like a storage vendor with a large footprint. In otherwords, it looks like a structure, but you can't walk into it. This would eliminate the need to render an inside of the building.
This item should require a large amount of resources (likea large house) and have a higher maintenance rate.
Not that I think this will ever happen.

what about if it didn't take up a lot, but each master crafter was limited to 1 per mastered crafting profession? (excluding merchant because they're just gonna crumple up that profession anyhow...hehe....oh okay, FINE! Merchants get em too)
That way you wouldn't see these things everywhere, but they would still retain their usefullness. It would sort of discourage the dabbling crafter/fighter though, so that would be a downside.

Prefacing this with a, "If you think I'm a fanboi I invite you to read my last 4000+ posts", I really think that efforts to have Dvnce lobby for more storage right now will be for naught.
They (devs) made a very generous change in lot structures very recently and considering that was the first one in 18 months, I cannot see them willing to do it again, soon, if at all.
I would lobby more for different structures and usefullness of the structures, or structure addons.
Still wishing for a one-time use harvestor platform that will let you put a harvestor anywhere (water, mountains, bumps) for that one time.

Wow! Why did Cafa get one starred? You get 5 from me!
I agree that the likelihood of something like this ever happening inlight of the recent changes is very low. I also agree it would be impractical, as there are a mountain of other issues we archi's need addressing.
It was a nice idea and it is nice to engage in mass hallucinations, but don't punish the realists.
