Let's say I have already learned (icon in the datapad, not in the inventory) a "special schematic" like an ore recycler and I surrender the skill necessary for crafting it.

Does the schematic disappear from the datapad (so I loose it) or will I be able to craft it if I learn the skill again?

I don't know, the topic has never come up as far as I've seen. Not something people are likely to do much.

I wouldn't try it if I were you though, you're likely to loose the schematic.
