Just respected to MA. What does it take to construct a Guild Hall deed, don't see it in the menu.

You must be using a Structure crafting tool and standing near a Structure crafting station for all the higher-end stuff to show.

If you're this new to Architect, you may want to check out some of the FAQ threads in this forum. They'll help you to get by, but I've found that the best teacher is my own personal experience.
