im not a architect, but i want to have a nice house somewhere for me, i have a few questions

1. do i need to put my house in a player city or a place where people have houses? or can i put one in the middle of no-where?

2. if i get a vendor and i put it in my house, can i surrender the skills that let me put a vendor in but keep my vendor?

3. can i buy stuff for my house off the bazaar and put it in my house? i dont have architect so i cant build stuff for it

You can put it in the middle of nowhere. But it has to be oustide of a no build zone that surrounds the static cities and can't be on Yavin, Endor or Dathomir.

2. if i get a vendor and i put it in my house, can i surrender the skills that let me put a vendor in but keep my vendor?

Dunno. You used to be able to do so but I think they were going to fix that.It was definitely not by design and if it hasn't been fixed it surely will be at some point.

Yes you can buy a lot of furniture items or other items off the bazaar and use them to decorate your house. Or you can find an architects furniture vendor and should be able to find a much larger selection if you can locate a well stocked vendor.

Reply to question 2 - I believe this has now been fixed, so no.

2) You can do it *BUT*... There is now an item limit based on skill. Once you drop the skills, you will not be able to place any more items on sale. Without skills, you can't manage your vendor and once the items are purchased or fall off sale, you will not be able to place them back for sale until you have enough skills to do so. If your vendor sits empty for 2 weeks, it will be deleted. If your vendor goes "untouched" for 2 weeks, it will be deleted.

Use at your own risk.

Hello there, I'm new to being a Mayor and travelling through the many player cities I've noticed that they've got houses really close to each other, anyone know how this is done? because when I place them they are far apart!any help would be great, Thanks

It depends on what type of houses you are placing. Some extend further to the edge of the structure footprint than others. Only certain types will allow you to place them right up against each other.

Specifically, the Medium Naboo house can be placed right up next to each other to create a quasi-wall. When you get a row of them together it reminds me of San Francisco, but I digress.

Same with the medium generic/corellian houses.
