You can learn both the technical console with the screen and without. Actually makes it easy to check for the schematics with screens if you have a schematic without a screen already learned. So you can have one of each learned at the same time.

I always keep one tech console w/out holo learned just so that I can craft all the holo consoles first. They sell faster.

If Ive learned the one without the screen, will I also be able to learn the screen tech console or will it also say "you alreadyhave this schematic" even though its the non-screen version I have learned?
