Well I finally have enough money to afford a large but I was wondering, why buy that? if I could one day get my own hall.

Any helpful answers are appreciated, also how much would it cost to maintain it?

Yes you can own one. It takes up 9 lots however and I believe the maint is like 5k per day. I may be wrong tho.

Maintenance on a PA Hall is 2400 per day. But yes, I believe it is possible to live in a PA Hall without it actually being a PA.

There are 3 different PA halls. I've heard that the Tat Pa takes 7 lots. My house is the Generic hall and it takes up 9 lots.

It's a beautiful structure with a great layout (compared to large homes) and there are plenty of rooms for stuff. Hopefully, the rooftop will one day allow us to land spaceships there since it is open to the sky but considered an outside area and not a house area. You can even survey from the roof. hahah

How much does it cost? It's listed at 50/hour but that's not true. It's closer to 100/hour.

The Generic PA Hall is definitely beautiful. I like setting off fireworks from the roof. It's even better than its Tatooine equivalent. Tatooine PA Halls are starkly contrasted to all other Tatooinian architecture because of their squared edges. All other Tatooinian houses are more round. The inside is nice, though.

The PAH takes up 7, and not 9 lots.

That is charged every 30mins, so 50 every half hour, so 48 x 50 = 2400 per day
