ive looked mostly everywhere on the skill trees and i cant figure out how to make Firbrepanels ???

Please can someone tell me what and how i need to do to be able to make this item.....

i want to make some bone armour so i can get my XP up

fiberpannels are made by artisians or tailors to be more specific. you can buy them.

You need Domestic Arts I to make them. You can buy them in bunches on the bazzar, but I wouldn't, you will go broke pretty quick doing that just for XP. Drop a Chem Harvester on a Fiberplast vien and make them yourself. If you want to buy them, look in the Containers section of the bazzar, people sell backpacks full of them quite often.
