I recently acquied a Structure Assembly Skill Mod +8 if i remember correctly, it's in my house on Tatooine, and I dont feel like running to doublecheck it at the moment.

What would something like this go for? I'm on Gorath by the way, in game name Stripe.

i traded a master structure to be named later for an experimentation +7. ill throw a fusion generator at him worth 110k on our server

Just checked my house, yea its +8. And I have a Structure Complexity 4. I dont know what that is though.

On Radiant, all tape roll style skills mods of +1 to anything sell for less than 1k, usually about 300 to 600... All the skill mods that are +2 or higher to anything usually sell for ahbout 1k per + modifier... Sometimes a bit lower... I bought a mod that had +6 Carbine Speed and +5 Carbine Accuracty while Moving (both on same tape) yesterday for 12k to give you an idea of an approximate price...
