The schematic for a PA says 3 Identical Power core units.........which are made up of a generator turbine, a power conditioner, and an energy distributor. Do all of these parts have to come out of the factory as well or can i make em by hand and put them into the factory to make the Power core??

All of the components AND sub-components need to be factory made. This means you'll have to be a master artisan (or buy the factory items from one) to make the units.

I suggest that you make a run of 10+ power cores so that you don't have to do this everytime you get a request for a PA hall. 5 fit in each factory crate.
