After the first week a PA must be up to 5 members and must retain atleast 5 members for the rest of its life or it will be removed automatically. The guild hall system is included with a guild hall building but you do not have to use it. You may use this build as a really huge house or store.

So, does this mean..I can put a PA hall down as a personal HUGE house without having to start a new PA? If so, that would be great.

No the member requirement is only if you wish to create and maintain a PA not a PA Hall, a PA Hall just acts as a tool for the creation and maitenence of a PA. So continue to use it for a shop.

Awesome, that answers my question. That's what I wanted as well..to use it as a gigantic shop. Also, does anyone know if I can have several admins setup different vendors within the PA Hall? Or have they not fixed this bug?

Thats what i am doing now you have to give them admin rights to set down the vendor but i think after that you can remove the admin rights and the vendor will stay. I am a armor smith and i have a smugler in house so its cool.

I know this has been answered before, But I couldn't find it easily, so I'll ask. What's the daily maintenance on a PA hall? And which one only takes 7 lots?

I know a generic PA hall require 9 lots, but if I put one down, would I be required to start a PA? If so, can 1 person be enough to start a PA?
