Thread: Master furniture price check

I price the items not requiring wooly hide between 5.5k and 6.5k depending on my mood.
The loveseatI price between 10k-13k and the couch between 15k-17k depending on supply of hide and demand of furniture. I sell a fair amount too ![]()
Sell it for what people will pay. To figure that out, you need to do some experimentation. What I do is make whatever furniture you want to sell, then look around at what others are selling for.
Then I take that furniture, and sell it for about 20-30% above that.
If it goes very fast, and I have to constaly restock, my price is too low and I increase it.
If it sits there and collects dust, I lower the price.
After about 7-10 days(rough estimate.. make sure to include a weekend in there) you get an idea of what people will pay. Getting a price from some sort of price guide may be a good start, but I wouldnt use it as a bible. The key is to be flexible and adjust, you make the best profits that way, and makes the entire process far more interesting. Id equate the difference to...
