Thread: What is a Structure Complexity skill enhancing tape for?

There is this guy selling a Structure Complexity 3, skill tape on my server. Anyone have a clue what that is for?

From what we can tell in the DE realm, stay away from them. They seem to increase the complexity of the item that you are making, not decrease it. The result is more likely to fail and less XP. Here's a reference thread from the DE forums about exactly the same thing...
