what stats on the resources are best for making crafting kits ......
assembly enclosure
thermal shielding
control unit
what stats do i need for each of these 3 componenets in making crafting tools
at present my tools are beween -14 and -10

Conductivity.
You can look this up to the right in the schematic and see it in Experimental Effectiveness

For crafting tools it's all conductivity... look at the draft schematic for an item to see what stats you need. Experimental Efficiency is usually what you want for most items if it's available and for crafting tools it'll say something like...
Experimental Efficiency
100% Conductivity
The needed stats vary depending on what you're making so if in doubt just look at the draft schematic below where all the resource requirements are listed.
