Ok this is probably a stupid question but I am still new to these paintings. I thought that every month you could vote on a new painting and then once the voting was over and one was chosen you could buy the schematic for that one for like 48k or something. So the first time I went there I bought the current painting for 48k (I think that is how much they are). So then a week later the painting had changed so I go back and he says he is in the process of choosing a new featured painting and that I can go talk to the different artists and come back to him and vote for the one I like best or whatever. I didn't really have the time so I thought I would just wait until there was one and buy it. So then today, about a week or so later, I go back and he gives me the same message. If I am correct the painting changes once a month so I should have been able to buy one. So then I am wondering if I have to go talk to all the people and go back and vote before I am able to buy a schematic. So that is what I am wondering. Do I have to go talk to all the artists in all the different cities to be able to buy a schematic for a painting? By the way, I am talking to the museum currator. So if this is the wrong guy tell me please. Anyways, thanks.

New paintings come out once a month on the same day. You just have to fig. out what day it is on your server.

You do not have to talk to the artists and do the voting, thats optional. You should be able to just buy the schematic (if it isn't bugged).
We're about due for a new round. They do change monthly. I think its actually every 30 days, but I'm not sure it could be every 4 weeks. I also think the exact timing may vary depending on if a server is down or gets arollback and we've had a bit of that stuff lately.

Unless you're server is screwed over like Infinity and doesn't get the chance to get the painting schematics because the "quest" is bugged.

Yeah, WHS.
Chimaera seems to be bugged too! It's always "more than a week" before the next painting comes out!
