I know of these cabinets, and have found three of them. They appear to be a looted one-use schematic, like the Tatooine Tapestry only more rare. To find them, look under "Containers". They are one of the ones listed as simply "Cabinet". (On the vendor search or the bazaar). Hope that helps!

Your probably speaking of the armoire. if your a master i think you might need to be at acrafting station with a specilized crafting tool to bring up the schematic.

The white cabinet is indeed called the 'Elegant Cabinet' and is a looted schematics made by an Artisan (Master IIRC)
