Good Day Everyone!
I picked up Architect on my alternate toon to aid in the Guild Expansion. I have a question regarding pricing. I understand that each server has their own pricing. I was wondering if there is a general price guide.
For example:
Fusions
Small Houses
Medium Houses
Large Houses
Heavy Harveys
Basically those are the things that I would like some pricing for.
Any help would be appreciated.
BTW I play on the Flurry Server if that helps at all.

There isn't. Ther eis too much diversity in people's way of thinking they should make money that it's really impossible to agree on any sort of pricing guid. Check out what others on your galaxy charge, and then ultimately charge what you fel is fair worth for the materials, and YOUR time assembling them into something useable by others.

There is one important thing you need to keep in mind in pricing architectual wares. Many of our craftings have absolutely no difference from every other architect making them. These are mainly houses, city structures and decor (statues, fountains, ect), and furniture. So the quality of your product has no influence on a customer choosing your shop or another architect's shop. With this in mind there are only two major things you can incorporate into your business to draw customers in, pricing and convienience. By convienience I refer to both having large variety in your vendors...Most house buyers love to be able to buy it's furnishing, decor, and lightingat the same time. And the location of your shop...Near a static city or player city with a shuttleport is best. But more importantly, pricing will draw your customers in. Do a vendor search for items you are planning on selling and sell yours for less. Many merchants feel that the only way to make more profit is to charge more. But how much profit is there in an item sitting in your vendor unsold?

I saw a post that Elyssia charges 6 cpu on everything she sells. I have used that format and found that it works really well. I also base my discounts on that as well. Instead of 6 its 5 or 4 cpu or whatever. The only complaint I have had so far the med houses apparently they are way over priced people were telling me. I just recenly sold 19 of them at 1.7 mill so it cant be that bad :-)
I do the same thing with harvesters... whether its a BER 11, 12 or 13 my heavy mining is still 166,620. No complaints.

I'd recommend using vendor search to get an idea of what prices are on your serer.
For example do a Vendor location Galaxy wide search and filter for Deeds-Installation Deed-Fusion Power Generator. Then you can also use the min and max price filters to see the range easier. Like set the max filter for 50k and see if anyone is selling dirt cheap. Set the min filter for 150k and see if people are in the higher ranges or not. Then narrow it down to see who's selling 50-75k or 75k-100k or 100-125k.
In about 1 minute you can get a good idea of the prices on your server for a given item.

I use that as a baseline and adjust up or down based on demand for each individual item.

I can sell resources for 3cpu so anything below that is a waste of my time.

i just use the amount of resourse needed, times anywhere from 3-10, depending on how rare or good the resourses are, and apply discounts rangin from 5-100% of the number above.
works for me, and i have the lowest prices youll see, generally. im not that big yet, just got master, but i hope to grow....
