There seems to be some speculation, and some supporting evidence aparenty to suggest that putting high end resources into a harvester can effect its maintenance rate. That is to say it uses more money if it is made out of low quality resources.

I have anecdotal evidence that this in fact might be the case (two of my solars seem to be more expensive to run than the others, will confirm tonight).

If this is so fine, but then the harvester should reflect those differences when you either ID it in the trade window, or in the status window of a working harvester.

Having resource effect maint is fine, not telling us one way or another in game is unacceptable.

Especially since this can have a significant impact on cost over time and on whether you are getting a top end harvester or a lemon from a seller.

If indeed it does turn out to be the case that resources can effect maintenance rates this "feature" should be removed until such a time that these differences can be easily identified by players through examination of the deed as well as the status window of a working harvester.

Thank you

I have made many harvesters and the better quality products help with experimentation points and experimentation helps produce a harvester that runs better.
