Cross server lot leasing is a viable and inexpensive way to increase your resources. Its easy and fairly simple to occomplish. Here is what you do:

1) Make an alt character on any other server

2) Have that character offer put harvesters on their 10 lots for a local craftsman

3) That local craftsman makes an alt on your server and does the same for you

4) Exchange emails (real life) so you can contact each other when harvesters needto be moved

5) Reap the benefits of 20 lots vs 10, say good bye to buying resources or hello to selling the excess yourself

I have better one. Find a friend on the same server who is not playin artisan and ask him to built you harvesters and put u on admin list on them. Even better if he pays maintenance on themin exchangefor free house from time to time .

It almost sounds like a loophole or a way to cheat the system, but then again, I know that if I ever need that many lots, I will find myself doing that very same thing

I don't see a problem with this either, you still have to work the harvesters. Heck I would be willing to do this if someone was interested.

It's an excellent idea. And you don't really even have to mess around with real life e-mail. When you see a resource run out, just /logout, log into partner's server, and /tell him if online, or e-mail him if offline, to come destroy the structures and put up ten more. As long as you survey up the spot/resource you want ahead of time and e-mail his mule a waypoint, you should be golden.

Zorph, if you really want to do that I'm sure I could whip up a novice brawler on Bloodfin in no time at all. :-)
