What is the difference between small, medium and large houses besides outside appearance and maintenance costs? Any benefitsto going larger?

Regarding maintenance costs, I think someone said it was like 800 or something per day for a medium. Is that per day that you are in the game or per day no matter whether you play or not? And what happens if you don't pay the maintenance? Do you lose the house?

How long does it take to build a house and convert back into a deed? I tend to move from planet to planet spending a couple of days on each and would not want to deal with houses all over.

difference between small med and large are looks, and maintence cost. Well and room. I believe the large house costs 6 plots and the other two cost only two plots (could be wrong).

Maintence fees for a house are same for maintence fees anywhere. It costs money wether your online or not. If you dont pay your fee it eventually needs repair and goes down in % if it hits 0, poof you just lossesd a lot of money cause your house is gone.

To reclaim a deed it takes 2 seconds, just make sure u have enough money in the house to make sure u reclaim it otherwise u will just delete it. It would not be worth it to move your house from planet to planet. It would be better to have one house, or a house on every planet (that would get costly though). If you plan on traveling a lot to get a house.
