I had a medium tatooine house outside Mos Entha. I have not been able to play recently due to work, but the few times I logged on I did not receive any messages about low maintenance pools on any of my equipment. Today I log in and find that my house and all its contents are gone as are 2 of my wind generators and my chemical factory too. I thought the game was supposed to message you when maintance pools got below a particular level. Now all my stuff is gone. This is not the game I signed up for. I am not particularly interested in starting over again to collect the things I had in the house, not to mention all the materials I had manufactured and the stuff on the two vendors.

Disappointed.

There are no messages yet for structures yet. The Devs are working on a sytem which hopefully will be in a near future patch.

All I can say is to not live day to day. My structures have enough money in them for two more months still.
