erm, how do we "make" them fix it?

Dude if you are that frustrated, try a different profession that doesn't involve crafting. Perhaps CH, TKA, BH or Commando. Man don't let one profession drive you from the game, I almost did that when I was a doc but thank the force I tried CH and got hooked all over. Now I've got a nov arch. as just a part time thing. If he becomes too much work, I'll close up my lil shop and do something else.

Come on guys this is BS. I just spent the last 5 hours gathering materials and crafting the components for a food and chem crafting station. When I tried to make it I got a critical failure on it and lost EVERYTHING!!! 5 hours of game time is gone.....what a waste!!! I could understand losing a component or 2 with a failure but NOT EVERYTHING!!! You folks making large buildings must love this?? I just do not need this level of frustration in a game I play to relax. I think this is going to be the bug that breaks the camels back and I am going to cancel my account. AndNO........ none of you flaming jerks that haunt this board can have my stuff. You're part of the problem. You happily go on playing and paying for this bug ridden, frustration creating game instead of making them fix it.
