Hey how about this? .. Instead of houses decaying and eventually disappearing we just have them start to look run down and eventually you get a speeder up on blocks in your front yard and rusty doors and rusty junk all over the property.. maybe even old barrels of droid lube on the side of the house.. then the final stage of 'decay' would be that jawas move into your house and sit on your porch all day in their rocking chairs with shotguns.

do the jawas wear white hoods and have a rebel flag on the broken speeder?

But... If I become a Jedi, and I have the speeder up on blocks, will I be also get the fridge and TV so that I can use the force to pull beers to me without waiting for commercial breaks?
