Just a heads up for anyone that hasn't finished the construction tree, not only does it allow expirementation for better harvesters, it is where all the new city structures are allocated. When TC is back up I'll try to post more info on which schematics are in which skill boxes. (If someone doesn't beat me to it in the TC forum)
