I want to make 100% sure I am doing this right and don't lose a 120k house.

I want to move my house....and I have 30k in maint in it....

So, if I "destroy" house, take everything out before of course, the house will pop up in my inventory as a deed? Is this right?

Will I keep my 30k in maint? or lose it?

you got it right.... everything should be fine.... if it works right you'll end up with 30k minus the redeed costs for the house. I believe a medium is around 3k if i recall
