Yeah, at 15 walls (45k resources) these have to use, what 55k resources?

At 3 per (and I get criticezed for being too low at that price) that's 150k minimum.

I can answer this question

Become a novice architect, grind your way to master architect, mine your own material all the way up (use the 100k to pay your mine maint and power costs while you're doing it), and then build yourself a PA hall.

Or...

Find someone who's quitting the game and giving their stuff away. Come on, do a LITTLE research before asking such an insulting question (yes, I think asking people to give their work away at a loss is insulting).

It's 57k resources alone, and that's assuming nothing fails out of several hundred items that go into it.

The budget Tatooine PA Hall has two rooms and can be made by a Novice Architect. It neatly avoids complex issues of guild management by dispensing with a guild management terminal and combining all user functions into one convenient structure management terminal

Delighted users have noticed the very low weekly maintenance on these PA Halls

You should be able to find many architects on any server who will cheerfully build you one for under 100K, just ask them to look under Small House, Tatooine on their crafting tool. Although it appears to be a house when first placed the user is able to turn it into a fully functional PA Hall by using the structure management terminal to rename it MYY PAAA HAAL
