If you only have a few K credits in the bank I'd recommend you wait before you setup a shop and vendor. House and vendor maintenance will cost you daily and you should have enough of a bankroll to keep maintenance up before you jump into a shop. And at the start you can make money through selling things on the bazaar.

So in general I'd recommend you sell things on the bazaar for a while first and build up some cash reserves. Then later you can setup a shop and vendor.

How I started a long time ago and I've also tried it on a few other servers is make yourself some personalharvesters and sell the resources on the bazzar. It's surprising how quick the creds start rolling in. You can move up to medium harvesters as soon as you can afford to buy them. Yes I know your heading for Master Archi, but it takes longer to wait to build your own.

Yup best way to make credits to start with until you get some decent crafting skill and a bit of funding, is use all your lots for harvesters, find a nice spot for tresources and harvest away, sell everything you get for 1.5 to 2 credits per uinit on the bazar and you will start seeing the money come in I was lucky when i started my char on wonderhome i found someone who was desperate for a certain type of flowers so i borrowed some money to get a high cap flora harvester and a few wind gens, dumped them on a 80% spot and harvested like crazy, made back 120k after paying back the loan and last i looked it was still harvesting away hehe

Yup, bazaar selling is the way to start!

Remember - when you list your item on the bazaar there is a "description" area - type in an advertisement for your services in that area.

I think every archie out there does a side business as a miner, especially in the beginning! Steel, copper, & alum can be sold quickly @ 2 cpu on the bazaar.
