Hello,

I am checking to see if there are any current ways to take maintenance away from a house or is there going to be a way in the future. I have a medium house and would like to upgrade to a large house because have run out of room in my current house. The problem is I put about 100k in maintenance into this house (I think it said that I paid up for over 200 days?) and I would like to get some of it back..considering I won't be using it any longer.

Anyway, I thought I'd come on and see if there were any changes brought up or if they are on your list of what you would like done in-game (checked the FAQ and looked at some of the stickies but haven't seen anything on this)

There is no way to withdraw cash from a house. Whether this will be possible in the future is not known. Currently, the best shot you have at recouping your cost is by selling the house for the cost of the credits only.
