Hi all, wondering if you could assist me. I just made novice architect and want to build an equipment factory. I was looking at the ingrediants for it and noticed (3 similar Wall Module items) I believe these need to be made in a factory, so my question is, how can I make a factory without already having a factory?? As you see I am a bit confused. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Similar doesnt need a factory, you can make the walls by hand. Now, if it said identical then you need a factory crate of them.

You only need to make the items from a factory if the schematic indicates IDENTICAL components meaning all the id on the components must be the same. Similar just means that components with the same name, eg. 10 structural modules with different serials will do.

If your a novice, make everything by hand. It's boring, but you don't get XP for what a factory does.
