How can u build a better GCT? I can't seem to experiment with then???

the crucial stat is conductivity


you need to be using a weapon/droid/gen tool and standing in front of a weapon/droid/gen station


You need to be sufficiently up the engineer and domestic arts trees to have points to experiment with
