I placed an equipment factory, and in the options I only get

Input Hopper & Output Hopper

I do not get the option to open schematic slot, or to turn the factory on

Any ideas?

what are you trying to make? i had that happen to be with a bone segment, it goes in a wearables factory, mabari too

You won't get the schem option if you don't have any schematics it can take.
