Thread: Can't Shut a Harv off??????
Hi Kids,
I have a heavy Nat Gas Harv. I went to re-deed it to move it and it will not shut off???
Anybody have a Magic answer???
Thanx Fellow Archs!
I am not an Arcitect, but I have seen this as well. Get off your mount. If that doesn't work, check that power reserve is not zero. If it is, add power, then try shutting it off.
I don't know why that happens, but it does. I have seen harvestors that say they are running, but have no power. When I add 500 power, it says reserves are now something like 327. Just made some numbers up there.
MulletMan
1 - get off your mount (the Devs really ought to have had an errormessage here).
2 - shut down your harv, then start it up again. This will correct the display problem on power for your harvs.
If getting off doesnt work ( I will refrain from making any bad pun here ) , put the mount totally away.
Just dismounting isnt enuff for me..has to be stored.
This happend to me and one of my guildmates. You must be off your mount first. Then you must select the harvester and type:
/harvester off
After you do that, go to operate machinery and turn your harvester off. Hope this helps.
oh krap. Almost forgot the most important thing to do....
You MUST..and in this specific order...
#1 spoin 3 times clockwise and then 3 times counterclockwise around the harvester.
#2 shake your Architect Voodoo Doll ( we will just assume you have one by now ) over the harvester while doing #3.
#3 Say the words "Klatu Verata Necto" 3 times. Note: any variation of said words is acceptable but only while mumbling or fake coughing.
