Are naboo and tat PA halls fixed yet to allow placement on Dant and other planets?

Reports in the PA Mechanics forum suggest that this is all fixed.

well i placed a tatooine hall on dantooine last nite so i guess they have fixed it (cheers devs)

I saw a Naboo hall on Dantooine today, it appears they are fixed
