I don't know if this is a known problem or not, but I thought I'd post it here and see if anyone else has encountered this.

I'm trying to get a factory run for 2 manufacturing mechanisms. I put in the schematic, the resources, and the generator turbines required. The problem I am getting is that the factory stops and I get a message saying that it is out of the generator turbine component. It uses up the resources but fails to recognize that there are generator turbines in the input hopper. I have tried turbines pulled from a factory crate and some made by hand.

Is this a known problem? If so, is there any known workaround for this? I am trying to make a Fusion Generator, and the manufacturing mechanisms arethe last items I need to make.

Make sure you are using the samefactory made generator turbines when you make your schematics. Aside from walls and structure modules, and schematic that requires subcomponents requires those subcomponents to be factory made, whether or not the draft schematic calls for them to be factory made.

The generators need to have the same serial number....i.e. make a factory run of turbine generators

But they still should not eat the other resources IMHO.
