Thread: What do YOU charge for a PA-hall?

I just wanted to know what is the going price of a PA-hall (assumeing the different types cost the same). I have asked a few architects so farr, 250k - 450k was their prices.

I value my time in game and if I have to make one up then thats what my time is worth 
Have plenty to do with keeping my network of inter-plantary vendors stocked. My harveters topped up and resources emptied, moving as required and running a production line 24x7 for component parts.
I've made one in my entire time as a Master Architect - and then only as a favor to a friend.
To my mind the amount of resources required in them, the mucking around and time taken means that to me (at least), they are not very cost effective and the return I get is not justified. I'd much prefer to use my walls for things that sell well than things that barely sell at all (a fellow MA has had some reasonably priced PA Halls sitting on here vendor for months).
Considering that in the last 2 months I have had one query for a PA Hall and even then, the potential customer wanted to pay not more than 150k (and that you can buy 2nd hand ones on the boards for about that), its a section of the market I don't think I'm really missing out on (ditto goes with large houses - waste of resources if you ask me).
On the flip side of that it takes me about 3 min to whip one out.
I keep a supply of
Power Core Units in factory crates
Wall modues in factory crates
Sturctural storage modules in factory crates
Along with a lot of other stuff,
All it takes is a minimum ammount of cordination and preparation.
if they come to me, 400k for a generic (and luckily I dont have to make them that often )
got one on my vendor thats a naboo for 275k...its useless to me -.-
