Could someone be so kind as to tell me which factory can make furniture? is it just a structure factory or can I make some in the equipment factory?

Im still grinding so I need my lots for harvies but i want to put some furniture in a factory to make a few big funs. If i cna help it id rather just use 1 lot for a factory rather than 2
