Amazingly this question comes up about once a week. The basic answers are

1) make sure your useing the same resources

2) make sure your experimenting the right things all the way up (just BER 4 isn't enough on light mining units, try gettting it to 91%+

3) make double sure your useing the same exact resources

right, this does come up a lot. If your using the exact same resources and the exact same ore mining unit you were before Friday (and you were making BER 14), then something is up. But, if your using a different mining unit, ie one that was experimented on just a little less, then that is the problem.

Rule of thumb is to experiment those mining units as high as you can, I know for sure anything over 95%+ will give you max BER. Not sure on any other percentage because I never use anything less than that.

There has been a problem recently where people are doing everything they can to get max BER on harvesters and fusions, but it is not working and they seemed to be bugged. If this is the case with you, you should report it.

Has anyone made a BER 14 Fusion since Friday?

I'm pretty sure I'm using the same resources as before but I'm only getting BER 13. IIRC only the Ore Mining Unit matters, which is BER 6 for me.

Tried usinggood quality materials as well, doesn't help.
