They usually sell for quite a lot because each player can only ever get one so they are very valuable.

You start the missions to get them in mos espa, tatooine -2973, 2457. the guy there will send you to kill all sorts of animals including a bantha matriarch and a grizzled dewback. you earn about 15k and then you get the skull when you complete the last mission.

Nope, the Mos Espa quest is for some other skull. The polished Krayt one is from the Darklighter Quest. Check the gameguide forum and there'll be a walkthrough there.

espa is for a bol skull... entitled "master hunting trophy"

For the Krayt skull, go to he Moenia, Naboo cantina and talk to Borvo's guards in the back. The rest can be figured out relatively easily.

Aye, start at the back of the moenia cantina, then you head to coronet's city hall for the corsec agent (I spent a good hour trying to find him at the corsec POI), then to the darklighter estate on tatooine. Rather annoying to planet hop, but a decent quest for a very nice item to have.
