Hi, I'm new to crafting, and looking to buy my first factory.

I took a few searches and found that most say that the Storage Size of factories is not worth anything.

Why? didn't find an answer to that.

Have seen some factories with around 3.4k storage for 51k credits and some with 1.7k for 40k credits...

I mean if i build 1000 units of something and each require 4 resources i would have to place 4k resources in it, so wouldn't more storage size be better? or where's my mistake?

Thanks

Why is there a storage number listed on factory deeds when it doesn't mean a thing, since all factories can hold 100 items?

Dunno. There are lots of odd, bugged, or otherwise undeveloped things in SWG that their current purpose seems to be to just create confusion.
