This has probably been asked a hundred times, but here goes 1 more. If I want to make a high ber harvester should I use high quality resources to make the wall structural and wall modules?? Or should I use up my junk resources on them? I've heard that they don't matter but I wanna make sure.

Short answer: no, quality doesn't matter.
Slightly longer but MUCH more helpful answer: The FAQ is your friend. It contains answers to ... Frequently Asked Questions. For example, it tells you exactly *which* components should be high quality and which don't need to be. It tells you about the resources you need.

I find that I get slightly bigger hoppers from a better crafted wall over a cheaper wall. Most of the time when making walls I just use the standard junk ore and metal and still experiment to maybe 25 - 30%. A few days ago though the "junk" steel and ore I was using happened to be high UT/SR/HR and I managed to experiment them to 85%.
Using the same duralloy, chems and OMUs that I normally use, I was getting bigger hoppers than I previously had (even taking into account the number of amazings I got). It may of been coincidence that I ended up with bigger hoppers but its probably worth testing next time I go to do a run.
As a general rule though I use crud for walls and keep the good stuff for....well...good things
