It is the table seen in med centers. I have spoke with my local Architect and he cannot find a schematic for it.

I examined the ones I have seen other players houses and there is no creator listed on them.

Is there a quest for the schematic? (posted this here incase it is a schematic)

or a quest for the table itself?

It's a faction perk.
But only for Imperials.
Because at this stage in the GCW, the Imperials had more resources and manpower, so they naturally have more choices to offer people that are willing to gun people down in the street for furniture. Don't get me started on data terminals.

yeah funny how these can be seen in Rebel HQ bases but they are imperial faction perks...damn spies!
