I don't know if there is difinitive list. I would line it up with what tools are used to produce the item.
An equipment factory can make general artisan components, weapon components etc...
A wearable factory does armor and tailoring stuff
A Structure Factory does the architecture line
A Chem Food factory does the food and medic stuff
