careful reclaiming deeds. i was at 96% burden with my pack at 100% and equied. reclaimed my med house and factory and it said i got my deeds back but nope. not in my inventroy

Try emptying some inventory out or put some stuff in a bank. Alot of times the items are just in "limbo" and will come back when you have the room. You may have to log out and back in to get them to pop up.

Nope, reclaimed a solar with the same situation, gone lost, it's been 2 days now. Major bug.

Not sure if this is a bug you that you as a player need to make sure you have inventory room to recieve an item, must like trading or getting items from the bazaar. Either way it is a problem that people should know about. Have more than enough inventory space when youreclaimdeeds. Better yet, don't reclaim your deeds and give your local architech some business.

Lost myself a solar power gen the other day... my inventory was 50% full only when i did reclaim the deed. That blows.

I lost a factory like this last week. Inventory showed plenty of space (24/60 used), so I re-deed the factory, got the message deed reclaimed, but nothing in inv. Cleaned out my inventory, here we are a week later and it still hasn't showed up. I've got a CS ticket waiting fora human to read it anyway. They sent me an automated response saying I should give them all the details, like what I lost, when and where, etc. That stuff was already in the original ticket... So I add a comment with those details again, and I get ANOTHER automated response. Some poor CS rep is going to get reamed when they finally give my factory deed back.

The same thing EXACTLY happend to me about 4 weeks ago...they actually hunted me down! to give me my deeds back...I was very pleased with customer service on that day

That's why I put an extra 50 credits or so in there when I reclaim it -- not much to lose, but I had considered that it may "tick" and take one half-hour's worth of credits out just when I'm reclaiming it.

Also if you get the warning that you need x credits in the maintenance pool and you deposit the extra money. Don't click destroy within that same 30 seconds again. It won't register, at least it didn't in the first week. I haven't seen any news that this is fixed.

the problem is this

we have had less than 100% inventories AND it tells us the deed was reclaimed. if the "tik"happened between destroys it would not tell us "deed reclaimed"

i too put in a ticket as soon as it happened. i expect them to replace the deeds seeing as they have done so for anyone else in the past. but its frustrating, i don't have a factory now and i can't make another because i am out of money because i can't sell the house and my extractors are abou tto die

One thing to beware of is that a maintenance deduction tick can occur between your first and second "Destroy Structure" command, so you won't get the maintenance pool warning, but you also won't get your deed back. It's happened to me once, and it sucks to top off your harvester and still not get your deed back.
