I believe some storage items add additional space in a building e.g. unlocked cupboards.
Can you please list what items add additional storage to a property , and how many spaces they have to store things.
Thanks

drop a backpack = 50 (counts against house total)
drop an unlocked container = 50 (counts against house total)
drop an armoire / chest / toolchest / etc. = 0 aesthtics only
all buildings have a max of 250 right now.

So there's no way to increase the House's ability to store more items ?

What I don't understand is why would a small house have the same capacity as a medium, or even worse, a large? Large was already less desireable because of the 6 lot usage (with medium being two, even though logic states it should be four), but add to that the fact that it's going to be near impossible to actually furnish it, the demand is just going to drop through the floor.
