Here's what I'm askin', basically. If I like the naboo style house, can I put it on Corellia? Sorry for the question if it's already been asked, just curious.

No ... with the exception of the generic houses, the are planet specific.

**edit**, really liked Corellia and I had my eye on the Naboo house, style 2.

And the worse news is, the Corellian houses are just Generic houses that can't be built anywhere else. If you want to live on Corellia, get used to living in a bomb shelter, because that's what your house is gonna look like.
