Does having more than 10pts (normal) for Artisan Experimentation help in crafting of stations?

So does a +12 or even +14 artisan make better stations w/ identical resources as a 10pt Artisan would?


Same question w/ regards to the DE making the droid storage components... should I be looking to buy only from a +12 since they could make even better product, or does the component only have one line of experimentation and thus will cap each time?

No. You can max out a crafting station with 9-10 points since there is just one line of experimentation.

Also, Artisan Experimentation doesn't help with crafting stations, you need Structure Experimentation for that.

Actually, Stations use Artisan Experimentation (why, I don't know). They are the only things in the Architect tree that are not governed by Structure Experimentation
